At The Crossings of Chino Hills, we are excited to provide pet-friendly apartments for our residents. We all know pets are cute, cuddly, and loyal companions, but did you know that there is also a connection between owning a pet and a variety of health benefits? Not only is there a connection between owning a pet and greater exercise, but there are also significant mental health benefits associated with it. According to Psychology Today, pets can play a key role in improving your long-term mental health. Research has shown that spending time with a pet results in physical changes to your body, like lower blood pressure, slower heart rate, and a boost in happy chemicals like dopamine.

Because of that, we want to encourage pet-ownership however we can. Keep reading to learn more about why The Crossings of Chino Hills would be the perfect place for you and your pets.

Plenty of Options for Outdoor Play

Because we know how important mental and physical health are to leading a happy lifestyle, we have several options for you and your pets to spend that quality time together. Take your dog for a walk through our garden pathways, lounge around in our grassy areas, or let your pets roam free in our fun dog park. We even have Pet Waste Stations throughout the community, making cleanup quick and easy.

When you want to get away, our location is also great for a trip to Lake Los Serranos, which would provide a beautiful backdrop to your daily walk. Your pets will love exploring your new home with you!

Spacious Floor Plans

When it comes to our floor plans, we have a variety of options that will provide you with more than enough space to let your pets roam and lounge. Our pet-friendly one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments are ideal for your pets to get their own space or cuddle up next to you, each with a balcony or patio for some fresh air.

Our Considerate Pet Policy

Our pet-friendly apartments also come with a considerate pet policy to ensure your pets are well taken care of. We ask that dogs be kept on a leash when entering or exiting your apartment and in the parking structure, courtyards, and grounds. We have breed restrictions due to size and behavior traits. Please call our leasing office for more information.

At The Crossings, we welcome not only dogs but also cats, hamsters, guinea pigs, reptiles, and birds. We ask that all animals be registered with management and that smaller animals be kept caged and in a sanitary condition. Additional or other pets must be approved by the management.

We are so happy to provide our residents with a pet-friendly environment. The Crossings of Chino Hills works to ensure that you and your pets are happy and healthy, with access to several options for quality time, a spacious living space, and our pet policies. If you have any questions or concerns, don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
