Our pet-friendly one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments are ideal for your pets to get their own space or cuddle up next to you, each with a balcony or patio for some fresh air.

Our Considerate Pet Policy

Our pet-friendly apartments also come with a considerate pet policy to ensure your pets are well taken care of. We ask that dogs be kept on a leash when entering or exiting your apartment and in the parking structure, courtyards, and grounds. We have breed restrictions due to size and behavior traits. At The Crossings, we welcome not only dogs but also cats, hamsters, guinea pigs, reptiles, and birds. We ask that all animals be registered with management and that smaller animals be kept caged and in a sanitary condition. Additional or other pets must be approved by the management.
